Over the past year, I have worked with Bathroom Takeaway, overseeing their paid media strategy, ad content production, and long-term digital growth. Managing a £1M+ annual advertising budget across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Reddit Ads, I implemented data-driven strategies to maximise efficiency and profitability.
Through my paid media management, I maintained a ROAS of 480%–600%, consistently exceeding revenue and spend targets. I played a key role in achieving 118% year-on-year revenue growth (2023–2024), while improving profitability. Additionally, I introduced and scaled Meta Ads, driving £1.5M in revenue at a 500% ROAS.
Beyond campaign management, I provide long-term strategic consultancy, aligning paid media efforts with broader business goals, and led ad content production to ensure creative assets resonated with target audiences.
I also implemented server-side Google Tag Manager tracking in compliance with Consent Mode V2, enhancing data accuracy and attribution.
